Sugar Distillery

The distillation process begins with raw materials like grains/molasses which are ground to make it a mash. During this process, starch is converted into sugar.

The high degree of technical excellence

The fermentation of mash is carried out in fermentation tanks. The fermented mash is then fed into distillation columns depending on the type of grains used to get a different grade of alcohol. The fermentation process is suitably designed to handle different feedstock such as molasses, cane juice, beet, and all starchy feedstock.

BCS Globals covers all the activities related to sugar-based distillation such as;

  • Designing of greenfield plants
  • Environmental treatment selection
  • Engineering of grain-based alcohol
  • Capacity selection on bases of raw material
  • Biogas-based power generation
  • Bio CNG from distillery bio-methanation plant
  • Sugar diversion for alcohol production through feasibility study
